Home Projects and Homemaking Inspiration | Cleaning Motivation + Breakfast Recipes This week I am getting some small projects done (with a possible "fail" 😂) and sharing my week of homemaking.

Granola Recipe

8 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup dried fruit (I used chopped apricots)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except dried fruit in a large baking or roasting pan. Spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes total. Remove from the oven and stir every 10 minutes to roast the granola evenly.
When the granola is finished baking, remove from the oven and add the dried fruit.
Stir and allow the granola to cool on the countertop.
Pack in jars and enjoy!
