Here are some foods I eat! It's not necessarily a suggestion for how you should eat - feel free to view as just entertainment. Consult your doctor before making changes to your eating etc etc.

I don't really talk about amounts because they may change seasonally and the video isn't really meant to guide people. For more in-depth food advice, there are some other videos out there.

I kinda put off this video for years because some people are very passionate about food and I don't really focus on food. It's very understandable because many of us find things that work for us and want to share this success with others. However, different things work for different people.

My food patterns are probably some of the most "boring" I've ever seen. I don't really follow any strict eating and I don't avoid that many foods (I don't eat fast food that often, though). Keep in mind that I'm not a bodybuilder so I can get away with a lot more stuff since I don't need to look a specific way. If you have very specific appearance goals, you may need some more specificity.

There are certain topics (like food and hair) that seem to prompt people to message me what works for them. While I appreciate the thought and care, I feel bad if someone types 20 paragraphs and I don't respond or make a change. It's unlikely I'm going to change my food, and I'm okay if people get some ideas from this video. For the record, I don't plan to have short hair any time soon either, but I will donate maybe 12" in a few months.
