Sacramento State released renderings of how its new 25,000-seat stadium will look like. President Luke Wood announced last week that architectural firm Populous is behind the design for the state-of-the-art facility. The firm has also designed major venues such as Yankee Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and the 2012 London Summer Olympics main stadium. "Wow," said Sac State Athletics Director Mark Orr when asked about his reaction upon seeing the renderings.
