Ho'omaluhia Gardens, the secret is out! Kaneohe, Oahu

Let me reminisce about what I call, my "Aunty's private garden." That seemed accurate before when few people knew about this place. Now, thanks mainly through social media, many influencers go there to get their iconic photo opportunity.

Well, if you visit, go and enjoy the whole botanical garden. It's large and beautiful. It is nearly bordered by the jagged Kalalau Mountain range and is filled with greenery and noted plant life.

To us, we think of the times that we went in and admired the garden, the lake and had a picnic there. (I don't know if that is still allowed.) Usually we could get some Kaneohe takeout from local kine food, Chinese, Japanese okazuya or Korean food.

It's been a long time since I have been there and my video filming is old and rather shakey. Sorry about that. But it's from an earlier time when we felt like we were the only ones there.
