You know, right out of the shoot we were looking at about—I think it was $3600 or so that we saved just kind of instantly just in that paper mailing kind of process. We were able to take 2½ full-time employees and shift them to other areas of our human resources department that had needs, so we were able to reduce staff, which was a real positive. And for me, one of things was that I was able to take HR professionals that were really just moving paper from one place to another and begin to engage them as true professionals around the recruitment process, so they were able now to really engage with candidates in doing analysis and doing strategic sourcing, whereas before we were a very reactive kind of shop—again, 150 résumés coming in a day; we just kind of had enough time to get through the paper. We have really been able to take our recruitment function to the next level and become more strategic, and my staff has been able to operate at a more strategic level than they were before which has greatly increased their job satisfaction as well—and you know, that's always a positive.
