#TiaClairToomey is the reigning Fittest Woman On Earth, and she absolutely dominated Block 1 of the #2020CrossFitGames. While she had a blisteringly fast time in Friendly Fran, what we found really impressive was her #FrontSquat in Event 2.

Tia-Clair has a little bit of a breakdown in her legs during the movement, but her overall strength and stability in the thoracic kept her upright for a massive 313lb front squat.
