Flying With Your Dog in Cabin (NON ESA) | My Experience Bringing My Corgi on a Plane in a Carrier

Disclaimers I do not mean to disregard any measures made by the airlines, please be sure to check with specific airlines about the guidelines and do not bring your dog on a plane if it's going to be uncomfortable for your dog or break any of the airline's set rules. This video is also NOT about service animals.

*This video is from 2021, I have not brought my dog in a carrier since this and airlines may have gotten more strict on the size of your dog

*I have only flown Southwest with my dog so cannot advise on the other airlines

This video is all about how you can fly with your dog in-cabin as a non ESA. Pets can fly in cabin with you if they fit comfortably in a carrier. They just have to meet certain requirements, for example, carriers must be no larger than 18.5” long x 8.5” high x 13.5” wide (southwest). There are no weight requirements but the dog or cat must fit in the carrier comfortably. This video details my experience bringing my corgi on the plane with me, in a pet carrier.

I don't know anything specifically about Service Animals as I have not had one. They are not required to be registered. Online service animal registrations are not real.
