CLASSIC 1980 Honda XL500S - Ride to lunch (GoPro video)

I recently purchased this 1980 Honda XL500S motorcycle from the man who's owned it since 1981. It was garaged its entire existence, and maintained well. It has approximately 6350 original miles. The bike is still original, with the exception of tires and a rack added to the back. Currently, it's as I bought it (I did change the oil and put new gas in it). It does need a new battery - to run the blinkers - which arrived today. The bike is smooth, powerful, quiet, and a blast to ride. I bought this bike in preparation for a "vintage" long-distance motorcycle ride the guys at work and I are going to do next month. So far, my bike is the sweetest of them all.
