Salsa Recipe
8-10 cups fresh Roma tomatoes
2 cups diced yellow onion
6 jalapeños diced
2 mild green chiles diced
1 to 2 bunches of cilantro chopped
3 bulbs of garlic minced
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
salt and pepper to taste.
This recipe is very forgiving, add as many or leave as much as you like on the spices and herbs. This recipe makes between 9- 10 pints
Pints are processed at 15 minutes
Quarts are processed at 25 minutes
