It’s been three weeks since the last gymnastics update video. In that time I have made some real progress in particular on vault. After a solid block of preparation based training. I’ve now began working on the Handspring Double front. Pommels has taken a long time to build back into my everyday routine. It’s been lots of numbers which has meant lots of joint pain. But I’m now at the stage where I can take the load on my shoulder & I have no pain! I hope you enjoy the video and please leave some feedback in the comments section. Big Love X
