Stream Replay: Your first full flight in Microsoft Flight Simulator - Diamond DA40NG (KSMO to KSBA)

In this beginner-focused stream, I'll be doing a full flight in the Diamond DA40NG and explaining every step along the way to get you from parking to your destination. My goal is to get brand new simmers comfortable with completing a full flight so they can start exploring the entire world in MSFS.

If you want to fly along in Multiplayer -- set your server to US West. Our flight will be from KSMO to KSBA.

• Installing the G1000 NXi
• Planning our flight using the World Map (choosing our departure, landmarks, and arrival airport)
• Starting the plane using Assisted Checklists
• Setting the altimeter and why it's important
• Contacting ATC and taxiing
• Taking off, left-turning tendencies, and climbing
• Using auto-pilot
• Communicating with ATC during our flight
• Setting up for our approach
• Landing, taxiing to parking, and shutdown
