The key is that we are at a time in large city real estate markets where being a Jack of all Trades REALTOR® means you are part time at everything and I drive to be full time at one thing which gives you better service. It upsets me when for some REALTORS® investment just becomes another category and in building wealth for people that is not right and that is not giving exceptional service. A lot is at stake when you buy real estate investments anywhere so you need expertise, experience, excellence, and a full time commitment so that every detail is handled carefully and properly. If you needed heart surgery you wouldn't go to a kidney specialist and in buying Oklahoma City homes for investment you would not work with someone who likes to work with any buyer.
