Pixel Art Stylizer is a Windows + macOS tool that converts images (and video) into principled, lovingly-crafted pixel art - using actual pixel art rules like clean clusters, intentional palettes, readable silhouettes, and structured shading.

In this demo, I:
• Import several different images
• Try multiple retro console presets (and custom tweaks)
• Adjust parameters (pixel size, palettes, dithering, outlines, etc.)
• Export the final stylized results to file

Most "pixel art converters" just downscale + posterize (blocky noise, muddy colour). This tool is built to produce output that looks deliberate and crafted - not a toy filter.

• Pixel size control (subtle → chunky)
