Need to send SMS messages to your team and keep a log of all communications in your GO! Site Ready portal? 💡 This user guide provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough for administrators, showing you exactly how to use the SMS Screen to broadcast messages and review your complete SMS history.

👉 What You'll Learn in This Tutorial:
• Send a new one-way SMS broadcast to your team.
• Efficiently send messages to a whole group using the Tags feature.
• Review the complete log of all SMS messages sent from across the platform.
• Search, sort, and manage your SMS history list.

⚙️ Follow These Steps:
1. To send a new broadcast message, click the plus icon.
2. You can use Tags and Asset Roles to send an SMS to a specific group of users all at once.
3. The main screen shows your complete SMS history. Use the search bar to find a message or click the column arrows to sort your view.
4. To read the content of a sent message, click the eye icon in its row.
5. To remove a message record from your history, click the bin icon.

✨ Important Notes:
• The history log includes all SMS sent from anywhere in GoSiteReady, such as reminders from the Job Scheduler or VoC processes.
• Successful message delivery depends on the recipient having a valid mobile number and active phone service.
