Wah Yantee Kar Yantee, Jag Dut Patee,
Aadak It Waaha, Brahmaday Trayshaa Guroo,
It Waahay Guroo
Living in the Aquarian Age means most of us are constantly connected to the outside world, constantly living our lives externally, and constantly surrounded by noise. As we lose touch with our inner self, signals and messages from the Universe can get confused or lost. What follows is usually loneliness, depression, anger, or fear, as we lose connection with our intuition. When we no longer follow our hearts, we find ourselves feeling lost. When this happens, you know it’s time to strengthen the connection with your inner self and start to lead with your heart rather than your head.
Waah Yantee is the second mantra of the Aquarian Sadhana. It is an ancient mantra written by Patanjali, the Father of Yoga Sutras (The Bible of Yoga). It represents thousands of years of prayers and wisdom. In Yogi Bhajan’s teachings, he said that this mantra creates a connection with your Infinite Self, goes beyond your physical realms, and strengthens your intuitions.
“Meditation is not closing your eyes and feeling blessed and good and all that. It’s a mental cleansing process by self-will and whatever the garbage of the day is, it must pass through as negative and you must cut it with a mantra and make it positive.”
