In just the last week, the company has unveiled two major partnerships:

On July 6 it entered into a distribution agreement with Piera Systems to market, sell and distribute its Canāree™ family of indoor air quality monitoring products in Canada and the U.S.
On July 2 it signed with distribution partner Alps Controls Inc. to distribute Air Sniper indoor air quality products on its leading online marketplace, alpscontrols.com, for HVAC and building automation controls.

These deals came hot on the heels of an incredibly strong first half to this year, which saw the firm:

Close an oversubscribed equity raise of approximately $845,000;
Retire all debt;
Receive approximately $700,000 in cash through warrant and option exercises;
Commence trading on Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany;
Commence trading on the OTCQB market in the United States;
Invest in ISBRG Corp. and obtain exclusive agency rights;
Add new partnerships and augmented product offerings;
CEO stock purchases of 490,000 shares; and
New appointment of Advisory Board members.
