" Ghanta " means combination of some basic Vegetables and Poi Saga ( Malabar Spinach / Poi Saag ) . Which makes this dish easy and very healthy as this Saag is a nutritious vegetable and a natural coolant. Must try this healthy and super delicious Poi Ghanta tarakari ( Saag curry / Poi Saag ) in your lunch with Steamed rice or with Water Rice ( Odisha Famous Pakhala ) . Enjoy your meal :)

Ingredients :
1. Malabar Spinach ( Poi Saag / Poi Saga )
2. Diced Pumpkin ( Kakharu )
3. Brinjal ( Baigana ). - 1
4. Pottao ( Alu ) - 2 ( medium )
5.Crushed Garlic( rasuna chhecha ) - 7 to 8 pc 2 tbsp
6. Red Chilli ( Lanka ) - 1
7. Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
8. Salt to taste
