Today on INsights & Straight Talk with Rodd Duff & Producer Barbie, we continue to unite two powerful movements: Simon Holzapfel’s L-EAF Lab and the Regeneration School Project emerging here in Southwest Oklahoma.
Simon Holzapfel is a national leader in agile learning, school transformation, and evidence-based education design. A former award-winning Head of School, NCAA coach, author, strategist, and co-founder of L-EAF Lab, he builds systems where students develop real-world thinking, emotional health, agency, and critical problem-solving. The Regeneration School Project is the parallel model rising from this platform and our Staurday show with Emma Lnn and Grandpa Rodd —a community-driven framework built around teen mental health, family healing, communication skills, financial literacy, life preparation, counselor-guided support, and local partnerships. It was created because families today are overwhelmed, schools are under-resourced, and teens are carrying burdens previous generations never had to face.
Tonight, these two models converge, onto the next level. And the truth is: they were always destined to.
Because this entire week of episodes proved something undeniable. Every expert. Every conversation. Every story. All pointed to the same root issue: families and communities are struggling at the foundational level, and the old systems are no longer enough.

His message was clear: families are vulnerable, unprepared, and navigating complex systems alone. They need education, guidance, and protection long before crisis hits.
On Wednesday, Wesley Farnsworth took us into the human side of collapse and rebuilding—faith, failure, addiction, redemption, and the mysteries people quietly carry. His message showed how many teens and adults are suffering silently, spiritually disoriented, and desperately needing a place to process hardship, fear, identity, and hope.
On Thursday/yesterday, Leanna DeBellevue showed how adults—even successful professionals—operate with massive blind spots in business, relationships, leadership, and personal development. Her work demonstrated how people thrive only when they are seen, coached, mentored, and guided toward clarity.
Every conversation pointed to our show today, on Friday...... with the same conclusion:
We cannot fix America’s Middle Class without rebuilding the systems that shape children and support families.
This is why the cooperation between L-EAF Lab and the Regeneration School Project is not just logical—it is necessary, timely, and inevitable.
