"HOMEWORK? NOT ME!" (CBT Clinical Tip)

Описание к видео "HOMEWORK? NOT ME!" (CBT Clinical Tip)

A common feature of CBT is assigning therapy homework. In 7 minutes, Christine A. Padesky, PhD demonstrates ways to turn "homework" drudgery into learning clients will want to do. She offers numerous clinical tips for how to collaborate with clients to create a mutual spirit of creativity and discovery. Throughout this video, Padesky models specific language and identifies questions that can boost client interest and active participation. She ties her approach to research findings that client completion of tasks is linked with whether those assignments closely match the session learning that is most meaningful to clients.
