[M2030] Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact in Sport for All: How Can It Help You?

Описание к видео [M2030] Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact in Sport for All: How Can It Help You?

The Sport for All Movement aims to promote and make sports and physical activity more accessible; however, it faces significant challenges in measuring its impact. The lack of data collection and impact measurement not only hinders Sport for All organisations’ ability to better understand their processes and the impacts of programmes and activities but also their ability to communicate their relevance to policymakers and funders. There is a high perceived resource cost for M&E practices, and many organisations do not know where to start. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) are essential for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of projects and programs.

The webinar brought together expert, highlighting the need for and importance of monitoring, evaluation, and shared impact – from not only the quantitative data perspective but also the storytelling of personal and community experiences.
