More than 500,000 immigrants are being forced to leave the United States after the Trump administration terminated the Biden-era Humanitarian Parole Program for people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.

The program allowed migrants to legally live in the U.S. for up to two years under the financial sponsorship of a U.S. citizen. Now, thousands of them have until April 24 to update their legal status, leave the country or face deportation.
