NYCA || R188 (7) Train Announcements - To Main Street from Hudson Yards via Local

(7)| 34th Street-Hudson Yards, Manhattan to/from Flushing Main Street, Queens via LCL or EXP

I decided to put the R188 (7) Train announcements from 34th Street-Hudson Yards in Manhattan and Flushing-Main Street in Queens


For those who dont know what an R188 is, an R188 Car is a New Technology Train (NTT) that was build by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, it entered service in 2013 to replace the R62A's running on the (7) LCL & (7) EXP Trains during the time for Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC), the R188 were originally the 1999-2000 R142A Car Fleet but 126 of the 506 R142A Car Fleet were sent back to Kawasaki to be upgraded to have CBTC for the (7) for more efficient and safer service.

These R142A's before being converted were the main fleet of the (6) line until 2013 where the R62A's from the (7) went to the (6) and R142A's from the (6) were converted into R188's to go the (7). R62A's stopped running on the (7) in March of 2018 which was the first time in 16 Years the R62A's were not on the (7) and the R142A's stopped running on the (6) on May 23rd, 2018, because of fleet changes on the (2), (4), & (5) Trains.
