El Ejército israelí confirmó la muerte de dos altos cargos de Hamás en distintos ataques a lo largo de este sábado 5 de octubre, en operaciones coordinadas entre las fuerzas armadas y la agencia interior de inteligencia, el Shin Bet.

“Las Fuerzas del Aire atacaron y eliminaron al terrorista Muhammad Hussein Ali al Mahmud, que formaba parte de la autoridad ejecutiva de Hamás en líbano y dirigió actividades terroristas en Judea y Samaria (Cisjordania)”, informó el Ejército sobre el primero de los ataques, del que no dio más detalles.
Las fuerzas armadas aseguran que Muhammad era responsable deHamás en el Líbano.
El otro fallecido es Said Alaa Naif Ali, un miembro veterano del brazo armado de Hamás al que acusan de reclutar a milicianos para la organización en el país vecino, y de cuya muerte ya informaron los medios árabes esta mañana.

The Israeli Army confirmed the death of two senior Hamas officials in separate attacks on Saturday, October 5, in coordinated operations between the armed forces and the internal intelligence agency, the Shin Bet.

“The Air Force attacked and eliminated the terrorist Muhammad Hussein Ali al Mahmud, who was part of the executive authority of Hamas in Lebanon and directed terrorist activities in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank),” the Army reported on the first of the attacks, of which it gave no further details.
The armed forces claim that Muhammad was responsible for Hamas in Lebanon.
The other deceased is Said Alaa Naif Ali, a veteran member of the armed wing of Hamas who is accused of recruiting militants for the organization in the neighboring country, and whose death was already reported by the Arab media this morning.
