Asus brings innovative ScreenPad to more notebook PCs

Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.  I’m Fred Fishkin.  Asus is continuing to innovate in lots of areas.  We’ve been taking a look at one…ScreenPad 2.0 on the latest VivoBook S15,  an elegant notebook popular with students that thankfully features four USB ports along with a micro SD card reader and an HDMI port.  What the ScreenPad adds is lots of flexibility …essentially acting as an on demand roughly 5 and half inch second screen.   You can toggle between traditional touch pad functionality.   Impressive.  Also new this year is the Zen Book Pro Duo with ScreenPad Plus…that extends that second screen across the full width of the notebook…in 4K resolution…
