If you're having trouble getting 50000 points, if you get to the 4th round and take out every henchmen except the two Titans, you get both their healthbars all the way down, then you run and about 4 or 5 feet away from the Titan press square to kick them and then immediately throw a Batarang to do a 3 hit combo. You get 40 points each time so it can take a while depending on how much points you have before getting the two Titans down.
