Eternal Vision is a brand new name in the scene out of Russia that appears only to have a single track out at the minute, "Slasher" on YSF's 2016 compilation LP "Final Blood". This track is absolutely ruthless and I can see it being in my year's top 10 come the end of December, even considering the current rate of quality being released.
