The Start-Up Confluence was a great success with the legal community coming together to celebrate with businesses across the Start-Up sector for their exceptional work and varied achievements.

The first of its kind start up event organised by Legal League Consulting at The Taj West End, Bengaluru was aimed at creating a platform for lawyers from various jurisdictions to come together and brainstorm on issues, challenges and opportunities affecting the Start Up Sector worldwide.

The conference began with seasoned legal and industry stalwarts - Naganand Doraswamy (TiE Bangalore), Sundar Rajan Rajagopalan (Bharti Airtel), Rajinder Sharma (Flipkart), Vishesh C Chandiok (Grant Thornton India LLP), and Ameet Naik (Naik Naik & Co.) inaugurating the confluence and sharing their views and thoughts on this growing sector, highlighting some of the key developments with interesting anecdotes, setting the stage for a perfect day with focused panel discussions on various aspects of the sector.

Through session-wise interactive discussions, the speakers carried out focused discussions on the current and future trends, emerging policies, their impact on business and sharing of innovative ideas to grow the industry.

A white paper titled “The Indian Start-Up Saga” on the Start-Up Industry was launched by Grant Thornton amidst the gathering highlighting the key specific findings.

The Conference was followed by the legal industry recognizing the best in the start-up sector and awarding Business Excellence Awards. Fxkart.com, Let's Venture, Inmobi, CrownIt, MITHILAsmita, Venturesity, 8 Minutes, and Gymchalo were adjudged as winners in different categories.
