This free introductory video lesson focuses on the intersection between individuation, right livelihood, and work as a spiritual path. Individuation is a term that was coined by Carl Jung to describe the process of psychological maturation. What is right livelihood? Right livelihood is a Buddhist term describing an ideal of making one's living in an ethical way. There’s much that can be said about right livelihood. Attempting to support oneself and one’s family in a way that does not harm oneself, or anyone else, or any other beings, would be pursuing a path of right livelihood. In this free introductory class we explore how we might begin to live and work in a more ethical way by integrating spiritual ideals, as well as the principles of depth psychology, into our daily work lives. This free, introductory class serves as an introduction to our full, four module seminar series on individuation, right livelihood, and work as a spiritual path.
