This small lineolated parakeet loves his owner so much he gets all in the guy's business. Which was a huge surprise! Chris, the lucky owner, expected Dipper to be a classic chill linnie. But he was wrong. Dipper is super clingy, likes running on the floor and gets into everything like a daredevil he is.
