1. Consumers want you to kick them. Hard. Otherwise they won't even notice.
2. They need true emotional content. Only products and communications charged with emotions make their way through.
3. Trying, failing and trying again helps.
4. It has to be emotional content, not anger. It has to be with them, not against them. If you are too focused on hitting them, you will not really touch them.
5. When you make it - consumers will tell you straight away. And it's important to concetrate on how it feels inside your organization.
6. If you think about it for too long instead of feeling and acting straight away - you lose the thing.
7. Don't concentrate on the finger. It's not about technology or idea that helped you make it once. It is not more likely to help you again next time.
8. Never take your eyes off the consumers. Even when you are trying to tell them how much you love them.
9. Consumers are your best teachers. Don't miss the opportunity to learn before they are gone.
