Multidisciplinary nature of environmental studies

Environment means anything and everything surrounding us. It can be biotic, it can be abiotic. It also means the interactions between various environmental factors - physical, chemical and many forces mostly natural. Animals, plants, soil, water and many more living and non living things and areas create the environment. Every field of knowledge uses environmental facts and factuals differently. Electromagnetic environment. Is radio waves and other electromagnetic radiation and magnetic fields. In psychology and medicine, a person's environment is the People, physical factors and places with which the person lives. It affects growth and development of the person including one's behavior, body , mind and heart.Environment is multidisciplinary in nature.Every aspect of an organism's environment comes under environmental studies. Applied science is concerned with identifying applicable ways to make human civilization sustainable within earth's finite resources. Many more areas of study interact while studying environment.
