September 2024 - Part 1- Life at the moment

Came back to the state and omg the real struggle begin. Started my HEP B treatment. Noticing there’s a huge begging and backpack culture on the street…Its worry some.Then it was the time difference and the reset of the body clock on top of everyday very demanding lifestyle with little help. Pray for me to not re-enter by masculine era!!!
The girls starting school this month and I’m struggling…..
