Pineapple Tart Recipe | How to Make Melt-in-Mouth Pineapple Tarts | Eggless Pineapple Tart for Deepavali 2025

For Pastry
230g vegan butter
330g (3 cups) unbleached all purpose flour
40 g (2 tablespoon) corn flour
15 ml (1 tablespoon) cold water or non-dairy milk

Preparation Time: 20 mins.
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Makes 40- 50 pieces


Bahan-Bahan
230g mentega vegan
330g (3 cawan) tepung gandum
20g (1 sudu besar) tepung jagung
15 ml (1 sudu besar) air atau susu bukan-tenusu (sejuk)

For Egg Wash:
Mix together:
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp non-dairy milk
Few drops yellow food colouring
