/ INGREDIENTS /
18cm / 7inch round pan

-Biscuit
180g(6.3oz) crushed Oreos
70g(5Tbsp) melted unsalted butter

-Cheesecake
350g(1 1/2cups) cream cheese(softened)
85g(1/4cup plus 2Tbsp) sugar
2 eggs
30g(3Tbsp) pastry flour
200g(3/4cup plus 2Tbsp) heavy cream
30g(2Tbsp) lemon juice

Cherry pie filling

-before you make: preheat the oven to 180C / 355F.
1. Biscuit: Put crushed Oreos and melted unsalted butter, and mix. In buttered, lined 18cm round pan, put Oreos and flatten. Refrigerate until use.
2. Cheesecake: cream the cream cheese. Add sugar and mix. Mix eggs, one at a time. Put sieved flour and mix until no lumps. Add heavy cream and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
3. Transfer the cheesecake batter into the pan. Bake 50~60min. When it came out of the oven, cool in the room temp for 3~4 hours. Separate cheesecake from pan, and refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.
4. Put cherry pie filling on top
