How to See 2.4ghz or 5ghz connection on your Xbox Series X for Faster Speeds (Settings Tutorial)

To check whether your Xbox Series X is connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network, follow these steps:

Navigate to Network Settings:
Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller.
Select Settings.

Choose Network Settings.
View Network Details:
In the Network Settings menu, select Advanced Settings.
Look for the Alternate MAC Address option.
Click Clear to restart the console.
Understanding the Connection:

If your Xbox is near the router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are active, it will automatically connect to 5GHz.
If you move the console to a different room, it will switch to 2.4GHz due to self-sensing by the Wi-Fi network card.

To force your Xbox to always connect to 5GHz, you’d need to turn off the 2.4GHz frequency on your device. Keep in mind that this might affect other devices in your home
