Sim/Productivity Rig DIY Swivel Keyboard Tray

Build video on my take on swivel/foldable keyboard tray for sim race/flight/productivity rig. Currently designed for Redragon Deimos K599 65% keyboard but you can adapt the design to any other keyboard.

It is built around a standard VESA monitor mount with extendable arm. Structural component is Etalbond - very easy to work with, quite stable as well. The keyboard arm is mounted on my TV rack - keeping it separate from the rig as i have motion and do not want the extra rattling and noise.

The keyboard mount features minimalistic wrist support which is actually quite comfortable. The whole idea behind the project was to have the smallest footprint possible and still retain comfortability. As I am using the rig for full time home office work it was important to maintain as much comfort as possible for keyboard use. Have to say I am pretty satisfied with the result!
