India established the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health in Kabul and signed a $6.5 million healthcare contract. It also deployed medical teams across Afghanistan and provided essential supplies.

Defense & Transportation:
India donated 300 vehicles to the Afghan National Army and supplied 274 buses for public transport. Additionally, India gifted three Airbus aircraft to bolster Afghanistan's civil aviation sector.

Financial Aid:
India provided direct financial support, including a $10 million subsidy during Afghanistan's parliamentary budget in 2002.

Humanitarian Assistance:
After the 2002 earthquake, India sent 34 tons of winter clothing, 20,000 blankets, and 10 tons of medicines. Essential items like tents and educational kits were also supplied.

Banking and Infrastructure:
Indian experts trained Afghan bank employees, while equipment like bulldozers, water tanks, and dumping trucks were provided for development projects.
