In this video I m showing you different Exercise for Weight lose to kill your fat and tone your body Before After .I took the challenge to lose my weight and see how much day it take to get Fat 2 Fit because I saw many videos where they show lose weight in 5 days ,10days but it is not possible friends that weight lose process makes our body week I don't tell you that with that weight lose process you will not lose weight you will but our body will recover that fat which we have lose in few days after living in 5or 10 days and you will become more fat after that .So friends I will suggest you don't do that type of weight lose and try to do daily exercise and Deit for perfect weight loss
It will take time but you will lose your fat .
