Jeanine Tesori in Conversation

Fresh off her Tony Award win for Kimberly Akimbo, genre-bending composer Jeanine Tesori discussed her remarkable career in opera and musical theater at the opening event of OPERA America’s Onstage season. Tesori’s innovative work spans collaborations on Broadway with playwright Tony Kushner to her upcoming Metropolitan Opera debut with Grounded (libretto by George Brant).
