3000GT Stealth DIY: Coils, IAC, Spark plug, Wire, PTU replacement

Step by step process on replacing the ignition coils, PTU, idle air control valve, spark plugs, and spark plug wires on a Twin Turbo (DOHC NA owners can follow along for the most part) Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth.

**The bolt under the ptu is a 10mm, I misspoke when talking about the socket**

Specifications per Shop Manual:
EGR tube - 13 ft.lbs
EGR Valve - 16 ft.lbs
Intake manifold stay bolts - 13 ft.lbs
Throttle body bolts - 8 ft.lbs
IAC bolts - 2.5 ft.lbs
Spark plugs - 18 ft.lbs (hand tight plus 1/2 to 2/3 turn with wrench)
Ignition coil bolt - 9 ft.lbs
PTU bolt - 9 ft.lbs
Intake manifold - 13 ft.lbs
Stock spark plug gap - .044" (gap tighter for higher boost)
