Basketball Shooting Form HAND PLACEMENT | Before & After!

Basketball shooting form hand placement can change up your entire form! Get your elbow in with this shooting drill breakdown. Elbow in is often emphasized as a staple of basketball shooting tips, however this small adjustment can help make that process easier. Generally when i would shoot, as I elevated on a jumper, my elbow would get close to being in which is why It has worked for me.

Previously, I have tried changing it to an extent however trying this method out for a few weeks, I find it easier for my elbow to go in, and much more relaxed when shooting. This basketball shooting tip has definitely helped! What did you guys think of the before & after??
