A family in Nairobi found themselves in the thick of a land tussle over the ownership of a piece of land in the Central Business District along Gaborone road. The Thiong'o family laid claim to the land but woke up to their building being partially demolished in the dark of the night by an unknown person whom they claim was trying to rob them off the land.
