Ten out of the 19 people, who were arrested three weeks ago in Kisenyi, a Kampala suburb, have been charged with two counts of aiding and abetting terrorism at Buganda Road Chief Magistrates court before magistrate Simon Kiyingi. But the suspects who include nine Somali nationals and a Kenyan were taken back for detention at the police Special Investigations Division in Kireka, a Kampala suburb as investigations continue in Uganda, Kenya and Somalia where they originate.
