Lake District Walks | Yewbarrow (from Overbeck Bridge)

In November 2017, we experimented with our first film of walking in the Lake District, on a climb up Yewbarrow beside Wastwater in the English Lake District. We weren't planning to, and so we had no microphones, no stabilisation gimbal or tripod and, as it turned out, not enough batteries for the shaky little camera.

Ordinarily, we probably wound't have made this film, or put it out, but as we're being kept away from the Fells for a while, we decided to revisit a classic hill, and hope you get a sense of it from this film.

When the lockdown is over, we'll head back and film the whole walk properly, possibly even via Dore Head. For now, though, we hope you're staying safe and well, and look forward to seeing you back on the Fells when it's safe to do so. Take care.
