IR35 is a hot topic in 2019-20 as a result of the impending off-payroll working rules that are coming into force in April 2021 (IR35 new rules were due to be implanted in Apr 2020 but the coronavirus pandemic forced the government to delay this legislation to April 2021).

In this video, I explain the new 'off payroll working (IR35)' rules and how it could impact contractors and possibly some freelancers come April 2021 and beyond.
