I included this powerful hymn on the Reawaken album to remind us that we all need to be washed clean by the blood of Jesus—and the good news is that God has made His cleansing grace available to everyone who repents and freely receives it.

My prayer is that, as people sing this great hymn, they would both soberly and joyfully receive God’s forgiveness.
