This includes the dangerous team of assasins, The Pack, led by Xanatos' girlfriend, Fox, the highly dangerous super-mutant, Ezekiel Stane and the professional hacker and super-genius crimelord, The Riddler.
After showing some of their closest threats and given them rewards if they help them, the Villains agreed on joining their allience and crush who ever dares stopping them
