Ep. 28 BEADED MOSAIC ANIMALS, Decking the Halls, Fall Clean up, & Grouting the Magnolia!

Mosaic animals get underway, Decorating for Christmas, Fall Clean-up & planting, Ornament Embellishment, 4-Color Magnolia Grout Session!

The white fox tail & chest go in with a bit of E6000 and some tweezers. Then lines of definition are added to the bear body with beads. A wing is added with strung beads on the mosaic cardinal. The next wing is added with glass and Weldbond. Then two different methods are used to make each one unique. The first has hand-cut glass and the second has a bed of bugle beads dumped on it. Next, the fox body is filled in, then the bear body is added.
I go crazy and seal a huge bunch of wood slices on both sides. I work on the trees using simple rectangular shaped stained glass pieces and Weldbond.
Then I finally get back to work and grout the Magnolia mosaic with white, lilac, lavender and black grouts. I use my no tape method to make quick work of it.

BONUS: I show a few special ornaments on our family tree! And then my own tree!
BONUS BONUS: I toss some pumpkins and impatiens into my compost bin and plant up some cold tolerant pansies with Angelique tulips underneath.
