Welcome to Fenway!

Most in-the-know Bostonians have made their way to Time-Out Market by now, but this trendy spot is just a piece of the vibrant dining scene in Fenway. Celebrity Chef Tiffani Faison has been opening her concepts here for years and now other restaurantaures are starting to add more local gems.

Echoing this upscale boom, the luxury condominiums at Pierce Boston opened in 2018. This was the first luxury condo building, and first rooftop pool, to open in the Fenway area.

The tree-filled Fens, a lush slice of nature along the Muddy River, provides an abundance of green space for this neighborhood.

But at its heart, Fenway really is ALL about entertainment.

House of Blues, Cask ‘n Flagon, Cheeky Monkey, Lorettas, and the rest of Landsdowne Street bring culture and character to this area that is unlike anywhere else in the city of Boston.

And of course, the namesake baseball park, iconic Fenway Park. America's smallest major league baseball park and a national treasure. The home base for Red Sox nation, this area constantly draws locals and tourists alike for Red Sox games. GO SOX!

In the shadow of the famed baseball field, Fenway Sports Group is in the process of adding MGM Music Hall, another concert and entertainment venue to what is already an electric part of the city.

The growth and development in this neighborhood has been booming and it’s just getting started.
