(ENGLISH AND ITALIAN BELOW) 🎶🎵 FR- Mon village (Taddart-iw) est un éloge composé pour mon village, mais qui s’adresse à tous les villages de Kabylie. C’est à la fois une flânerie dans les maisons, les ruelles, près des fontaines et des lieux importants, une rétrospective des évènements majeurs qui ont marqué la contrée, mais aussi un voyage spirituel, réflexion sur la valeur et la splendeur de ces structures millénaires indépendantes que le temps n’a pas pu asservir. La chanson est enfin un voyage intime, un retour au pays après tant d’années d’absence. Elle se veut un regard affectueux, plein de nostalgie et de beaux souvenirs d’enfance. Celle passée à Ait-Hague, mon village natal.

It is both a stroll through houses and narrow streets, near fountains and notable places, and a look back at the major events that have made an impact on the region. It’s also a spiritual journey, a reflection on the value and splendor of these independent, thousand-year-old structures that haven’t been made a slave to time. The song, finally, is an intimate journey, a return to the country after many years of absence. It is intended to be an affectionate look, full of nostalgia and wonderful memories of childhood. Spent in Ait-Hague, the village of my birth.

🎶🎵 IT- Il mio villaggio è un elogio al mio paese natale, che potrebbe rivolgersi a tutti i villaggi della Cabilia. E’ una passeggiata tra le case, i viottoli, accanto alle fontane o ai luoghi importanti, una retrospettiva sugli eventi che hanno marcato questo borgo, al tempo stesso è un viaggio spirituale, una riflessione sul valore e sullo splendore di queste strutture millenarie che il tempo non ha modificato. La canzone è un viaggio intimo, un ritorno alle origini dopo tanti anni di assenza ; uno sguardo affettuoso, pieno di nostalgia e di bei ricordi d’infanzia. L’infanzia passata a Ait-Hague, il mio villaggio natale.
